Sourdough Inclusion Boule

Boule of sourdough bread with a variety of inclusions. Inclusion flavors offered are: jalapeño cheddar, double chocolate, caprese, cinnamon raisin, cinnamon sugar, whole wheat, and lemon lavender.

Ingredients:

Jalapeño cheddar: King Arthur bread flour, filtered well-water, homegrown sourdough starter, Himalayan salt, pickled jalapeños, cheddar cheese 

Double Chocolate: King Arthur bread flour, filtered well-water, homegrown sourdough starter, Himalayan salt, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and chocolate chips 

Caprese: King Arthur bread flour, filtered well-water, homegrown sourdough starter, Himalayan salt, sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella, basil leaves

Cinnamon Raisin: King Arthur bread flour, filtered well-water, homegrown sourdough starter, Himalayan salt, raisins, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg 

Cinnamon Sugar: King Arthur bread flour, filtered well-water, homegrown sourdough starter, Himalayan salt, butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg 

Whole Wheat: King Arthur 100% whole wheat flour, filtered well-water, homegrown sourdough starter, Himalayan salt

Lemon Lavender: King Arthur bread flour, filtered well-water, homegrown sourdough starter, Himalayan salt, lemon zest, dried lavender, honey
