Refund policy

Non-returnable items 

Due to the nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges on any goods, including gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping

I do offer domestic shipping for all available bar soaps with a shipping fee, but strictly do not ship any sourdough products to maintain the quality of those goods. To meet shipping weight requirements, a minimum of two bar soaps must be purchased for shipping. Local delivery has no such requirements or restrictions.
